The Minister for Inner-City and Zongo Development (MICZD) has expressed gratitude to all the officers who assisted in the repackaging of relief items meant for the vulnerable in the Zongo and inner-city communities as part of the lockdown to contain the spread of the deadly COVID-19 pandemic.
Dr Mustapha Abdul- Hamid expressed this gratitude to the men and women engaged by the Ministry to repackage the reliefs items meant for the vulnerable in the Zongo and inner-city communities across when he interacted with them at the Castle, Osu in Accra.
According to the Zongo Minister, these are my hardworking team that is responsible for the repackaging of all the food items meant for the vulnerable.
In a brief address to the numerous members of the team, the Minister expressed His Excellency President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo- Addo 's gratitude to them for their dedication and service in this lockdown period.
He reminded them that they were serving the nation and humanity in the wake of the lockdown in the Greater Accra and Greater Kumasi areas of the country.
